Gamar Cleaning and Maintenance is a residential cleaning business serving the Houston area. Over eight years, the business grew from a single client into a loyal base of more than 50 recurring customers, known for reliable and detail-oriented service.

Like many small service businesses, the company grew through reputation and word-of-mouth. But as the market tightened and operational pressures increased, maintaining that growth became more difficult.
